Loft C

Building C has nine offices, a kitchen with coffee equipment and a large seating area, a balcony, a wardrobe and wifi. A meeting room will be installed during spring 2026.

Gamlebyen Villa

Gamlebyen Villa has six offices, a shared basement hall with a kitchen and garden access, a wardrobe with shower, wifi and a communal garden for the entire Gamlebyen Loft.

Loft H

Building H opened its doors in 2017. The space includes seven office spaces and has two meeting rooms, a podcast/sound studio, a kitchen, a coffee nook, as well as access to a shower, a printer and wifi.

Loft G

Building G has ten offices, a kitchen with coffee equipment, an event space and a well-equipped meeting room, as well as access to a shower, a printer and wifi.

Loft F

Building F is a little more basic and best suited for creative production. The studios are a bit cheaper but airy and nice. Includes a large common area, kitchen, printer and wifi.

Ground floor

On the ground floor of Gamlebyen Loft, you can find local businesses including Fuglen coffee shop, Gamlebyen Mat og Drikke, ZZ Pizza and Leela Yoga.

They give this community a special feeling. Here you can pop across the yard from your office to grab a coffee, take a yoga class, eat a pizza, have a cocktail, experience live jazz or take part in fun events.
